If you are or were an Instacart Shopper at some point between September 1, 2017, and May 9, 2019, you may be entitled to receive a payment from the Settlement. The only way to get a payment is to submit a Claim Form. The online Claim-filing deadline is May 1, 2020, at 11:59 p.m. PST, but you should submit your Claim as soon as possible. Claim Forms submitted by mail must be postmarked on or before May 1, 2020.
No matter which method you choose to submit your Claim Form, please read the Claim Form carefully and provide all the information required. Only one Claim Form may be submitted per Authorized Claimant.
